Refund policy

Return window:

  • 30 days for new, unused, non-warranty items.
  • Items must be in brand new, resale condition — factory sealed, no signs of use or damage.

Refund type:

  • Refund, exchange, or store credit (minus original shipping fees).
  • A restock fee may apply if items show signs of handling or missing packaging.

Non-returnable:

  • Used, soldered, or modified items.
  • Products missing original parts or packaging.

Damaged or warranty claims:

  • Contact customer service for case-by-case help; some warranties handled by the manufacturer directly.

Return process:

  • Requires an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before shipping the item back.
  • Customer pays return shipping.
  • Returns without an RMA may be rejected or lost in processing.

Processing time:

  • 2–7 business days after arrival.
