  • Malta & Gozo: Estimated 24–48 hours after dispatch
  • Europe: Estimated 5–10 business days depending on the destination

3. Digital Orders

  • Event tickets are delivered electronically via email—no physical ticket shipping applies.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address for delivery.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Calculated automatically at checkout for physical merchandise.
  • Event tickets have no shipping fees.

5. Pre‑Orders

  • For products marked as “Pre‑order,” the estimated shipping date appears on the product page.
  • Full payment is required at the time of order, and items ship once stock arrives.

6. Tracking & Communication

  • Customers receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once the order is dispatched.
  • Pulse Lab LTD is not liable for delays caused by the courier or customs clearance.
