1. Processing Times
- All merchandise orders are processed within one business day, excluding weekends and Maltese public holidays.
2. Delivery Times
- Malta & Gozo: Estimated 24–48 hours after dispatch

3. Digital Orders
- Event tickets are delivered electronically via email—no physical ticket shipping applies.
- Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address for delivery.
4. Shipping Costs
- Calculated automatically at checkout for physical merchandise.
- Event tickets have no shipping fees.
5. Pre‑Orders
- For products marked as “Pre‑order,” the estimated shipping date appears on the product page.
- Full payment is required at the time of order, and items ship once stock arrives.
6. Tracking & Communication
- Customers receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once the order is dispatched.
- Pulse Lab LTD is not liable for delays caused by the courier or customs clearance.
